We work closely with out inpatient department as well, there is opportunity to float to other settings as needed or requested. </li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Required Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program</li>\n <li>Active California Physical Therapy License (in good standing)</li>\n <li>Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)</li>\n <li>Current AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification</li>\n <li>Compliance with all California and federal PT regulatory requirements</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Experience</p>\n<ul>\n <li>1+ year experience in acute care, swing bed/skilled nursing, or outpatient settings</li>\n <li>Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills</li>\n <li>Ability to manage diverse patient populations and diagnoses</li>\n <li>Proficiency with computers and EMR systems</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail</li>\n <li>Commitment to ongoing professional development</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans by applying diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests.</li>\n <li>Treats injuries, manage chronic conditions, prevent future problems, improve physical function and educate patients to maximize and/or maintain their maximum level of independence. </li>\n <li>Records and reports to the physician the patient’s reaction to treatment and/or any changes in the patient’s condition as required/needed. </li>\n <li>Educates patients and their families in the use of prosthetic, orthotic, and assistive devices (canes, walkers, wheelchairs, etc.) and other necessary therapeutic equipment/devices. </li>\n <li>Attends rehabilitation center staff meetings and in-service presentations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits / Perks</h2>\n<p>Options offered to benefit eligible employees: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, and Vision Plans</li>\n <li>Paid days for continuing education, bereavement, and jury duty</li>\n <li>Retirement Plans with 3% company contribution</li>\n <li>Voluntary Life Insurance and Long Term Disability </li>\n <li>Considerable Paid Time Off</li>\n <li>And more!
