    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>About The Role</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"layout-grid-mode:line;\">Complete final painting process including but not limited to applying primer and topcoat paint with the use of electrostatic equipment to trailer surfaces and the ability to lead and train others in these processes</span><span>.</span></p><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:square;padding-left:24px;\"><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span style=\"layout-grid-mode:line;\">Ensure surface preparation specifications on trailers is met prior to paint process.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span style=\"layout-grid-mode:line;\">Follows supervisor/assistant supervisor’s instructions.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span style=\"layout-grid-mode:line;\">Applies primer and topcoat to trailers within quality standards.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span style=\"layout-grid-mode:line;\">Use of Mil Guage to verify proper paint thickness.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span style=\"layout-grid-mode:line;\">Properly repair paint defects on trailers</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span style=\"layout-grid-mode:line;\">Maintains Paint vault</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span style=\"layout-grid-mode:line;\">Inspects own work and trainee’s work</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span style=\"layout-grid-mode:line;\">Operate overhead crane when needed.</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span style=\"layout-grid-mode:line;\">Is familiar with all equipment used and is responsible for routine maintenance and upkeep.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span style=\"layout-grid-mode:line;\">Monitor supplies needed in area and updates supervisor as necessary.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;\"><span style=\"layout-grid-mode:line;\">Handle, store and properly dispose of all hazardous materials.
