You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with key stakeholders. Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES •    Drive and execute new initiatives •    Influence functional stakeholders •    Process optimization and improvement •    Support Integrated Supply Chain sites •    Work with the factory team support to manage risk •    Identify supply and demand miss-alignment within a 13-week window •    Lead projects that drive improvements within the materials and supply chain teams •    Monitor inventory levels of components required to support the schedule •    Perform data analysis and resolve inventory discrepancies •    Assist in resolution of component quality issues Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE •    Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements •    5+ years of Manufacturing Operations or Supply Chain experience WE VALUE •    Bachelor’s Degree •    Some experience in project management •    Ability to lead/drive change, and influence/mentor others •    Mentor junior members or peers •    In depth experience and expertise with MRP/ERP Systems BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL In addition to a competitive salary, leading-edge work, and developing solutions side-by-side with dedicated experts in their fields, Honeywell employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
