Fisher Investments is looking for a motivated program manager to lead technology delivery and execution.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As the Senior Transformation Program Manager, you will work as the delivery lead to help execute our key technology initiatives by partnering with teams across the business and technology. You will drive day-to-day project execution by ensuring teams are aligned on requirements, design, and roadmaps to achieve delivery goals. You will report to the Vice President of Enterprise Transformation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The Day-to-Day:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manage all phases of the program or project from discovery through deployment, by driving accountability, structure and transparency</li>\n <li>Define program or project scope, goals, deliverables, and a value-driven roadmap in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders</li>\n <li>Work closely with the project teams to identify, understand and track key risks and issues for the program that need to be escalated</li>\n <li>Assess the health and status of the project or program, and highlight opportunities for improvement to stakeholders and senior management</li>\n <li>Make recommendations to management regarding solutions to resolve business problems and drive execution of those solutions</li>\n <li>Assess requirements to deliver program or project components and sub-components, which may include implementation of solution, staffing, timelines, etc.</li>\n <li>Coordinate all departments related to the program or project which may include IT, Finance, Third-party Vendors and Business Users</li>\n <li>Work with Business Analysts and Project Managers to evaluate current business processes and requirements</li>\n <li>Identify and manage program and project dependencies</li>\n <li>Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise team members and consultants</li>\n <li>Influence teams to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work</li>\n <li>Develop best practices and tools for program or project execution and management</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Your Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years' experience in project or program management</li>\n <li>Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment</li>\n <li>Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines</li>\n <li>Ability to elicit cooperation from several sources, including senior management, internal clients, and other departments</li>\n <li>Experience with JIRA</li>\n <li>Strong familiarity with Waterfall and Agile delivery methods</li>\n <li>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Why Fisher Investments:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
