We specialize in school music sales, rentals, repairs, and support and also have a full line of fretted and percussion products.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for an experienced band repair technician to work on customer and store owned instruments (entry to professional level).</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Repair rental inventory, school account instruments and customer repairs</li><li>Provide great customer service to customers via phone, written and face-to-face interaction</li><li>Order repair parts and supplies as necessary.</li><li>Accurate completion of all repair paperwork, including repair tickets and shop logs.</li><li>Maintains technical knowledge on tools and techniques.</li><li>Maintain operational safety of the repair shop including safely using tools and equipment, completing periodic audits, training and hazardous material inventories.</li><li>Maintain safe, clean and efficient working conditions.</li><li>Consistently adhere to Nick Rail Music’s employee handbook and customer service standards.</li><li>Practice sound inventory maintenance and care.&nbsp;</li><li>Other duties as assigned and based on the needs of the business.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits and Compensation</strong></p><ul><li>Hourly compensation $20-35 depending on experience</li><li>Full time, 40 hours expectation with mandatory overtime during the summer months. Schedule is Monday through Friday.&nbsp;</li><li>Benefits include medical insurance, optional dental and vision insurance, Aflac supplementary insurance, Simple IRA, paid time off, paid sick time, paid holidays, and employee discounts.&nbsp;</li></ul>",
