This role will ensure that data is trusted, compliant, well-managed, and AI-ready across the organization.</p><p>The ideal candidate combines strong governance foundations with practical experience supporting AI use cases, responsible AI frameworks, and data lifecycle management in complex environments.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES</strong></p><p style=\"margin:0in -.5in 0in 0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">AI-READY DATA GOVERNANCE STRATEGY</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Support the definition and implementation of data governance framework aligned to AI and advanced analytics initiatives</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Help standards for high-quality, well-documented, ethically sourced data suitable for AI model training and deployment</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Partner with AI/ML teams to ensure governance requirements are embedded into model development lifecycles</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">RESPONSIBLE AI &amp; RISK OVERSIGHT</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><p style=\"line-height:normal;margin-bottom:0in;\"><span style=\"color:black;\">Assist in applying responsible AI guidelines, including practices related to data quality, transparency, and risk awareness</span></p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and ethical standards</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">DATA STEWARDSHIP &amp; OWNERSHIP</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Support the definition of clear data ownership and stewardship roles across business domains within the region</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Help enable domain teams to manage their data as strategic AI assets</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Contribute to regional&nbsp; governance councils and working groups to help define governance rules and practices across the business</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">PRIVACY, SECURITY &amp; COMPLIANCE</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Help ensure AI datasets comply with data privacy regulations and internal security standards</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Support oversight of sensitive data handling, anonymization, and usage monitoring</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Support data retention and lifecycle management policies</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">CHANGE MANAGEMENT &amp; ENABLEMENT</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Drive adoption of governance practices through training, communication, and tooling</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Promote a culture of data literacy and AI accountability</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on AI data risks and opportunities</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">7+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or enterprise data strategy</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Experience supporting AI/ML, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Strong understanding of data lifecycle management, metadata, lineage, and quality frameworks</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Experience implementing governance tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Purview, etc.)</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">PREFERRED</p><ul style=\"list-style-type:disc;\"><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Experience with AI governance frameworks or model risk management</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, and AI audit requirements</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Understanding of structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data ecosystems</p></li><li><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">Certifications such as CDMP, DCAM, DAMA, or AI governance credentials</p><p style=\"margin-bottom:0in;\">&nbsp;</p></li></ul><p style=\"margin:0in -.5in 8.0pt 0in;\"><i><span style=\"font-size:11.0pt;line-height:115%;\"><strong>Please note</strong>: This position does not offer sponsorship for employment visas.
