This position will ensure that the systems and system processes needed for the business to function are monitored, maintained, and running smoothly. </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee and maintain optimal function of core systems, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.</li>\n <li>Provide functional and technical support as well as troubleshooting and guidance to end users.</li>\n <li>Create and maintain functional documents such as training instructions and process materials for end users.</li>\n <li>Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for end users.</li>\n <li>Assist with training end users on software systems.</li>\n <li>Program custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports.</li>\n <li>Compile or assist with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and internal business groups.</li>\n <li>Serve as a lead liaison between the different business groups, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for system issues.</li>\n <li>Plan and execute application updates, version upgrades, and patches.</li>\n <li>Provide technical assistance when applications are being designed, developed, and tested.</li>\n <li>Participate in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).</li>\n <li>Analyze and review enhancements for compatibility and insure they adhere to operating guidelines.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and administer integration testing.</li>\n <li>Prepare and present status reports to internal customers.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with internal teams to create test cases.</li>\n <li>Monitor application for compliance to IT standards & policies.</li>\n <li>Act as a technical point of contact to fix application and systems issues - usually on an immediate basis.</li>\n <li>Use discretion and independent judgment in daily decisions while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li>\n <li>Actively participate in learning initiatives offered such as training programs, workshops, and webinars. Leverage these opportunities to acquire new knowledge, refine existing skills, and stay current on the latest developments. </li>\n <li>Provide friendly, proactive, and professional internal and external support to others, assisting with inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively. </li>\n <li>Demonstrate behaviors that exemplify Rural King’s Values: People First, Integrity, Attitude, Initiative, Teamwork, Accountability, and Continuous Improvement.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Supervisory Responsibilities </h1>\n<p> </p>\n<p>None</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h1>Essential Qualities for Success</h1>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 3 years of applications support experience and bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.</li>\n <li>3 years’ experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Mobile Device Management (MDM), & Human Resources Information System (HRIS) applications.</li>\n <li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent customer service skills.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of retail business practices. </li>\n <li>Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Behaviors must reflect integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Physical Requirements  </h1>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.</li>\n <li>Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically. </li>\n <li>Able to navigate and access all facilities.</li>\n <li>Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.</li>\n <li>Close vision for computer-related tasks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.</strong></p>\n<p>The pay range for this position is $51,000- $62,000 annualized and is bonus eligible.
