    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking <strong>Structural Engineer </strong> with 0-5 years of experience to be part of our <strong>New Parking Design</strong> team in our <strong>Indianapolis, IN</strong>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role will work on a variety of parking structure design projects, mixed use facilities, and pedestrian bridges; a structural engineering background is required, and previous experience with parking design is preferred. If you think you are an innovative, self-motivated team-player, and want to shape your community, join our WGI team today!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#LI-onsite</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with project design, production of reports, specifications, and drawings.</li>\n <li> Perform project structural engineering analysis and design.</li>\n <li> Assist team during the design phase, including project design, production of drawings, specifications, and construction cost estimates.</li>\n <li> Assist team with some client coordination throughout the design and construction process.</li>\n <li> Assist with the development of construction documents using CAD and or Revit</li>\n <li> Assist team during the bidding phase, including pre-bid meetings, addenda, bid evaluations, review of alternates and substitutions.</li>\n <li> Assist team during the construction administration phase, including preconstruction meetings, construction review, project meetings, test report overview, project close-out, etc.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li> BSCE in civil engineering required, Master's degree preferred.</li>\n <li>EIT license required, PE license preferred.</li>\n <li>0-5 years’ experience in structural engineering.</li>\n <li> Experience with AutoCAD and or Revit.</li>\n <li>Experience with finite element modeling software (SAP 2000, RISA 3D, Tekla)  </li>\n <li> Proficiency with MS Office applications.</li>\n <li> Related work experience with parking structures is preferred, but not required.</li>\n <li>Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li> Ability to work in a team environment.</li>\n <li> Ability to travel occassionally in the field.</li>\n <li> Previous experience with construction administration is preferred but not required.</li>\n <li> Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
