This position is paid hourly. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(7, 125, 67); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Role description</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Guest Experience Associate (GEA) is a vital part of a high-functioning hospitality team in our service-meets-retail Fig Bars. As a GEA, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, ensuring every visit is seamless. You are people-centered, love to communicate, and are confident in discussing our memberships, treatments and products. Your ability to build connections translates into daily sales, contributing directly to the success of the Fig Bar. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Guest Experience Associate will report to the Fig Bar Manager and work cross-functionally with the other business units.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(7, 125, 67); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">We are looking for someone who has:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A passion for skin health</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Confidence and a natural ability to build connections that lead to sales</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A believer in Fig and our vision</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(7, 125, 67); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Role responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Deliver exceptional guest experiences:</span><span style=\"color: rgb(32, 33, 36); font-size: 10pt\"> Greet guests warmly, manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, and make every interaction feel personal and inclusive. Anticipate guest needs, resolve questions and create a welcoming environment. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Drive sales:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Proactively educate guests on memberships, treatments, promotions, and skincare products.
