Prior packaging experience is not required.</p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p>PPC Flex is a $500M flexible packaging converter operating across multiple production sites. Our graphics</p><p>and prepress operations run on Esko&#39;s WebCenter and Automation Engine &mdash; an enterprise-grade workflow</p><p>automation and digital asset management environment that sits at the center of how we receive, process,</p><p>approve, and produce packaging artwork at scale.</p><p>This role owns that platform. You&#39;ll administer user roles and permissions, build and maintain automated</p><p>workflows, integrate Esko with our broader business systems, and serve as the primary resource for the</p><p>teams who depend on it every day. We&#39;ll provide full Esko training and certification &mdash; what we&#39;re hiring for is</p><p>the technical foundation and the mindset.</p><p><strong>WHAT YOU&#39;LL BRING &mdash; REQUIRED</strong></p><p>Workflow platform ownership</p><p>You&#39;ve administered an enterprise workflow, BPM, or</p><p>automation platform end-to-end &mdash; not just used one.</p><p>Scripting &amp; integration</p><p>Hands-on with JavaScript, XML/XSLT, REST APIs,</p><p>and SQL. You&#39;ve built integrations, not just configured</p><p>them.</p><p>Web application admin</p><p>Experience managing a complex web platform &mdash; user</p><p>roles, project templates, approval workflows, document</p><p>management.</p><p>Windows Server &amp; SQL</p><p>Comfortable managing Windows Server environments</p><p>and SQL Server databases in a production context.</p><p><strong>BACKGROUNDS THAT TRANSLATE WELL</strong></p><p>&bull; SharePoint or Power Platform developer-admin &mdash; the approval routing and project model maps directly</p><p>&bull; DAM or MRM platform admin (Bynder, Aprimo, Widen, Veeva) &mdash; WebCenter is fundamentally a</p><p>packaging-specific DAM</p><p>&bull; ServiceNow or MuleSoft integration developer &mdash; workflow engine logic transfers immediately</p><p>&bull; Manufacturing or ERP systems integrator &mdash; EFI Radius, SAP, or similar MIS/ERP integration experience</p><p>is highly valued</p><p>&bull; Prinergy, Apogee, or Dalim admin &mdash; direct prepress workflow analog, fastest possible ramp</p><p>&bull; IT platform engineer in CPG, pharma, or regulated manufacturing &mdash; multi-site governance and</p><p>approval workflow experience</p><p><strong>STRONGLY PREFERRED</strong></p><p>&bull; Multi-site platform management &mdash; experience owning a platform across more than one location or</p><p>business unit</p><p>&bull; ERP or MIS integration experience &mdash; particularly in manufacturing or production environments</p><p>&bull; Cloud infrastructure familiarity &mdash; AWS or Azure, as our Esko environment evolves toward SaaS</p><p><strong>WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE</strong></p><p>&bull; Workflows run reliably and exceptions get resolved quickly &mdash; production teams aren&#39;t waiting on the</p><p>platform</p><p>&bull; Users across our sites treat you as a trusted partner, not a ticket queue</p><p>&bull; You bring ideas back from the platform &mdash; new capabilities, automation opportunities, integration possibilities</p><p>&bull; Platform integrations with our ERP and MIS systems are maintained and improved over time</p><p><br></p><p><br></p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
