From thrilling rides to splash-tastic fun, our resort is packed with AWESOME… and we need YOU to help keep it safe.</p>\n<h3>Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):</h3>\n<p>Suit up as a <strong>Seasonal Lifeguard</strong> and become a real-life hero of the water! You’ll be the watchful eye that keeps our guests safe while they laugh, splash, and play.</p>\n<h2>What You’ll Do (AKA Save the Day):</h2>\n<h3>Stay Alert, Stay Awesome</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Keep constant watch over pool and splash areas</li>\n <li>Spot risks before they become problems</li>\n <li>Enforce safety rules (with a smile!)</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Be Ready for Action</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Respond quickly to emergencies</li>\n <li>Perform rescues when needed</li>\n <li>Use first aid, CPR, and AED skills to help guests</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Keep It Safe & Clean</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Check equipment and water conditions</li>\n <li>Remove hazards and report anything unsafe</li>\n <li>Help keep the pool area clean and guest-ready</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Bring the Fun (Safely!)</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Greet guests and answer questions</li>\n <li>Promote water safety in a friendly, upbeat way</li>\n <li>Stay calm, confident, and positive—even under pressure</li>\n</ul>\n<h3>Team Up for Safety</h3>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with fellow lifeguards and staff</li>\n <li>Rotate positions every 20 minutes (sit, stand, stay sharp!)</li>\n <li>Support each other to keep everyone safe</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What Makes You a Great Fit:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>At least <strong>16 years old</strong></li>\n <li>Strong swimmer (lifeguard certified? Awesome. Not yet?
