YOUR ROLE: The bullet points below reflect roughly 80% of your job. We are a fast-paced company, you may be pulled in a variety of different directions with tasks added or changed.  Facilitate company strategies for MRO management.  Perform physical inventory of parts & supplies.  Conduct daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts.  Issue parts & supplies to Maintenance and production personnel.  Conduct entry in CMMS of stock disbursements. Conduct dispatching of repair & returns. Conduct restocking of bins for goods receipts (parts & supplies). Responsible for improving the part descriptions on existing parts. Comply with all Fiberon policies and procedures.  Participate on assigned teams. Support team decisions.  Perform area housekeeping duties.  Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner. Obtain RMA numbers from suppliers as needed. Prepare items for shipment and or communicate with suppliers as required. Maintain accurate equipment data in CMMS. Enter work order data into CMMS. Assist Maintenance Manager in the routine maintenance and upkeep of the CMMS. Provide clerical support as needed. Other duties may be assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must exhibit a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment 6 months experience working in a storeroom or tool crib Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical equipment, components and parts in order to best support the facility maintenance team High School diploma or GED PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior work experience with CMMS (MP2 Preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and AS400 required.
