This role will be instrumental in bringing the Arizona portfolio to life across trade, consumer, and proprietary events, creating memorable experiences that drive awareness, trial, and sales.</p><p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS&nbsp;</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Develop and lead Arizona&rsquo;s event strategy across industry events, distributor activations, and owned brand experiences, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities including distribution, velocity, and brand equity.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Own the full event lifecycle from concept through execution and post-event analysis, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality brand representation.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Oversee all eventlogisticsincluding product, shipping, permits, staffing, and on-site execution; serve as the primary lead for key activations.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Concept and execute activations that drive sampling, social engagement, and meaningful consumer connection.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Ensure cohesive and compelling brand storytelling across all event touchpoints, aligned withAriZona&rsquo;spositioning.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to develop assets (POS, signage, merchandise, digital) and align event strategy with broader commercialization initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Recruit and manage brand ambassadors and external partners (agencies, fabricators, venues), while identifying and vetting new event opportunities to expand reach.</li><li style=\"margin-left: 0px;\">Manage budgets effectively while tracking KPIs (sampling, leads, salesimpact), delivering post-event insights, and continuouslyoptimizingstrategy based on performance.</li></ul><p>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">5-8+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or brand activation (bev-alchexperiencerequired)</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams</li><li style=\"margin-left: 24px;\">Willingness to travel frequently and work evenings/weekends as needed</li></ul><p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY</p><p>Field Marketing Ambassadors</p><p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p><p>In office, some travel</p><p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p><p>While performing the duties of this job, the person is regularly required to sit, stand, walk and type repetitively.</p><p>OTHER DUTIES</p><p>Please note this Job Description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
