    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>LMI is currently seeking a <strong>Wargaming and Table Top Exercise (TTX) Specialist </strong>to support wargames, TTXs, and experimentation activities for the USTRANSCOM J/4/5/7 Strategic Plans, Policy, Logistics, and War-Fighting Development Directorate at Scott AFB, IL. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>This position will support the administration, designing, developing, coordinating, and executing wargames, TTXs, and related experimentation activities at the combatant command level. This includes developing a wargame event and concept plan, defining purpose, vision, goals and objectives, design of scenarios, development of mechanics for play, development of tools for resolution of in-game actions, and conducting after action activities including reports and analysis.  </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience and background in Logistics, Distribution, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, Strategy, Governance, Project Leadership</li>\n <li>Understanding of wargame design and professional wargaming; wargame certification (desired)</li>\n <li>Three years of senior staff level experience (JS, Service Headquarters, Major Command, Agency, and/or CCMD level experience) </li>\n <li>Masters with 4 years of experience; Bachelors with 6 years of experience</li>\n <li>Understanding of USTRANSCOM issues and priorities</li>\n <li>Experience with and understanding of DoW Joint Planning and Operations; or Joint Force Development and Design </li>\n <li>Strong analytic ability, presentation development, and communications skills</li>\n <li>Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (preferred). Ability to obtain TS/SCI (required) </li>\n</ul>\n<p>Target salary range: $100,000 - $115,000. Final compensation will be determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to your skills, experience, education, and/or certifications.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The salary range displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation.
