Ensure accurate and timely data entry into Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and provide shipment status updates.</li><li><strong>Quoting, Pricing, and Negotiation</strong>- Prepare customer quotes, bid on spot boards, and negotiate pricing with carriers and customers. Balance competitiveness with profitability to maximize margins.</li><li><strong>Operational Problem Resolution</strong>- Proactively identify and resolve shipment delays, carrier issues, and customer concerns. Collaborate with internal departments including claims, carrier services, sales, and operations to ensure successful load execution.</li><li><strong>Performance and Revenue Management</strong>- Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer retention. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including load count, revenue, margin, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.</li></ul><p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p><ul><li>Fast-paced logistics and transportation environment requiring multitasking and strong attention to detail.</li><li>Remote work setting after completion of training, requiring self-motivation and independent decision-making.</li><li>Frequent interaction with customers, carriers, and internal teams through phone, email, and collaboration platforms.</li><li>Use of transportation management systems, reporting tools, and communication software throughout the workday.</li></ul><p><strong>Days and Shift Information</strong></p><ul><li>Night shift schedule: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM with a one-hour break typically occurring around 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM.</li><li>Position transitions to a remote work environment after successful completion of in-office training and demonstration of proficiency in afterhours operations.</li><li>Standard workday consists of 8 hours.</li></ul>",
