Primary duties include conducting assessments to document mental health status, social history, and determining appropriate levels of care. The position also engages individuals in the recovery planning process to promote successful treatment outcomes.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull; Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for individuals seeking mental health services.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull; Determine eligibility and level of care based on clinical findings and established guidelines.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull; Develop and participate in recovery and treatment planning with individuals and their support systems.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull; Provide crisis intervention services to individuals in need of inpatient or outpatient care determination.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull; Conduct follow-up contacts with individuals after a crisis to ensure continuity of care and appropriate service linkage.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull; Participate in the after-hours crisis rotation, providing on-call consultation and support as needed.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull; Serve on the Critical Incident &amp; Stress Management (CISM) team to offer support services to disaster victims when required.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull; Provide clinical consultation and guidance to bachelor&rsquo;s-level mental health professionals and peer providers within the Center.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">This is a full-time position with standard work hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00am &ndash; 5:00pm</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">This position is directly supervised by the Mental Health Program Administrator for Admissions.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull;Requires a Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology from an accredited college or university.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull;Must either have a current license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull;Must be eligible to be certified as a Qualified Mental Health Professional.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull;Must have previous mental health work experience with adult mental health consumers.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial,sans-serif;\">&bull;Must possess a valid Texas Drivers License and be an insurable driver.
