We value team players, people who are more concerned with what's right, rather than who's right.<br/></p> \n<p>RH is seeking an Outside Upholstery associate to upholster the exterior of furniture frames, applying padding, fabric, or leather to meet the product specifications.<br/></p> \n<p>YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES</p> \n<ul> \n <li>Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day</li> \n <li>Transport frames to workstation and place onto work table, lift or bucks</li> \n <li>Apply the appropriate padding or other materials to the frame using a staple gun, glue or other method</li> \n <li>Apply the fabric and/or leather to the frame to meet the high-quality specifications of the piece and the required look of the style</li> \n <li>Use hand tools, such as staple gun, mallets, clinchers and similar tools</li> \n <li>Correct all mistakes on the piece before moving to the next work area</li> \n <li>Apply webbing, springs or trim; inspect or label product; or any other task as required</li> \n</ul> \n<p>OUR REQUIREMENTS</p> \n<ul> \n <li>3+ years of experience in a similar field</li> \n <li>Excellent communication skills</li> \n <li>Ability to work independently</li> \n <li>Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality</li> \n <li>Detail-oriented to uphold brand integrity</li> \n</ul> \n<p>OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS&nbsp;</p> \n<ul> \n <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms</li> \n <li>The employee frequently is required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl</li> \n <li>The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear</li> \n <li>The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds</li> \n <li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus</li> \n</ul> \n<p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> \n<ul> \n <li>The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
