As a Junior HR Coordinator, you will assist with day-to-day HR activities across the U.S., helping ensure a smooth and positive employee experience. You’ll work closely with a collaborative HR team while building foundational skills in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Requirements Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) Internship or academic exposure to HR, business, or administrative work Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with HR concepts or coursework in HR Experience with HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS) Interest in developing a career in Human Resources What We’re Looking For Eagerness to learn and grow in HR Strong customer-service mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal guidance Positive, team-oriented attitude Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Critical thinking Detail oriented
