This low-cost operation is 100% owned by Orla, covers over 139,000 hectares, and includes a large sulphide mineral endowment located beneath the oxide resources. We are also advancing permitting on our South Railroad Project, a feasibility-stage, open-pit heap leach project located on the prolific Carlin trend in Nevada.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">More recently, we’ve entered into an agreement with Newmont Corporation to acquire the Musselwhite Mine, located in Northern Ontario on Lake Opapimiskan. This project has great potential in a tier-one mining jurisdiction, and with more than 25 years of proven track record. This fly-in, fly-out operation will position Orla to double its annual gold production and provide us with excellent future opportunities. We expect this transaction to close in Q1 2025.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Purpose</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">As part of our acquisition of Musselwhite Mine, we are recruiting Underground Miners. This role will be based on-site and will be responsible for contributing their skills and knowledge to our ongoing development and growth. This role will report to the Production Supervisor and will be key to the success of the Mine Department.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities include:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·       </span>Operate 45 Ton Trucks</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·       </span>Operate Manual and Remote Scooptrams</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·       </span>Be an engaged and active member of a highly productive team</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·       </span>Take direction from the Productions Leaders and/or Underground Supervisors in a positive manner</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·       </span>Work in a safe and efficient manner at all times</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Skills and Experience:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·       </span>1-3 years of underground mining experience or previous experience operating heavy machinery.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·       </span>Experience in mechanized mining would be considered an asset.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·       </span>Ability to sit/drive for up to 12 hours daily.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·       </span>Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·       </span>Experience with Haul Trucks and Scooptrams (both Manual and Remote Control).</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"font-family: Symbol\">·       </span>Possess Ontario Common Core Certification.</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The schedule for this position will consist of 14 days on and 14 days off, 12 hours per day.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Compensation:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The base salary range for this position is CAD$104,248 - $139,292 per year, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">The Company offers a Defined Contribution Pension Plan (DCPP), including an automatic 5% employer contribution, with the option for employees to receive up to an additional 4% employer match on employee contributions.</span></li>\n</ul>",
