    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Money Market Sales Person to join our Fixed Income Front End Trading team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in short-term fixed income instruments, including discount notes, floaters, repos, short coupons and treasury bills. Will be responsible for managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across institutional accounts.</p>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Execute and manage money market trades through client inquiries and desk axes</li>\n <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients including asset managers, hedge funds, banks, state and local municipalities, and corporates.</li>\n <li>Provide market color, trade ideas, and liquidity solutions tailored to client needs.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with internal trading desks, sales teams, and operations to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement.</li>\n <li>Monitor market developments, regulatory changes, and liquidity conditions to inform trading strategies.</li>\n <li>Optimize capital usage and funding strategies in alignment with firm-wide treasury and risk frameworks.</li>\n <li>Support onboarding of new clients and ensure compliance with internal risk and control policies.</li>\n <li>Contribute to the growth of the desk through proactive client engagement and product innovation.</li>\n</ul>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 6+ years of experience in money markets or short-term fixed income sales at a major financial institution.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of fixed income markets, futures, fixed and floating rates, and liquidity management.</li>\n <li>Proven track record of revenue generation and client relationship management.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including Basel III, LCR, and NSFR.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Bloomberg, Excel, and other trading and analytics platforms.</li>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or CFA preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $175,000 - $235,000.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>#LI-DNI</p>",
