This position helps to maintain administrative offices, residential homes, day programs and camp facilities<em>. &nbsp;</em></strong>While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.<strong><em>&nbsp;&nbsp;</em></strong>An ideal candidate has at least 1 years of experience in 3+ skilled training areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC and roofing. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><u>Position</u></strong>: Full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt. &nbsp;Typical hours are from 8am &ndash; 4pm. &nbsp;Some flexibility is required, including scheduled rotating on-call, weekends and evenings. &nbsp;Locations available throughout Gloucester County. &nbsp;This position operates in an indoor and/or outside fieldwork setting. &nbsp;This position is supervised by the Facilities Manager. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong><u>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong><strong><u>:</u></strong></span></p><ul><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintains work sites in compliance with OSHA requirements</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Follows established safety regulations, policies &amp; procedures</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Conducts and performs tasks including painting, structural repairs to masonry, woodwork and furnishing of buildings, plumbing and electrical</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Performs ground maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, wedding, raking, disposal of leaves and debris</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Performs Snow removal activities, including shoveling, plowing, salt, sand, etc &nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Assists with implementing a preventive&nbsp;maintenance schedule</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ability to adjust to work procedures and work schedules to meet production schedules, including availability for special events as assigned</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Works along with other facility/maintenance workers, internally and external contractors to coordinate activities and ensure timely completion of tasks</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Primary department, work location and schedule may vary.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Maintain confidentiality&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Comply with the DDD Program Manual, The Arc Gloucester Policies and Procedures Manual and applicable state, local and federal regulations, including any COVID-19 vaccination mandates &amp;
