The Group Manager independently applies extensive and diversified knowledge of principles and practices in broad area of assignments and related fields. The position requires a high level of ethical and professional conduct in technical and managerial activities.</span></p>\r\n\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\"><strong>Typical Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\">Provides expertise in complex engineering computations involving conventional engineering practices.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\">Responsible for engineering projects of varying size and complexity in field or office in accordance with plans and specifications.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\">Oversees the use of computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\">Is active in technical societies.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\">Publishes engineering papers and/or articles.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\">Serves as a senior project manager or senior project engineer on complex projects and as a designated client contact.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\">Assists the Regional Manager in Business Development efforts.&nbsp;</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\">Supervises and monitors client relationships strategies.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\">Successfully develops and maintains meaningful relationships with clients.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\">Is available to attend meetings or events outside of normal working hours.</span></li>\r\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;font-size:12px;\">Supervises select group of employees and support staff.
