This role provides hands-on leadership across production, ensures operational standards are consistently met, and serves as the manager-on-duty in the absence of the Production Manager. The APM plays a critical role in driving production efficiency, team development and execution of Goodwill&rsquo;s mission and brand standards.<br>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Five (5) years of Retail or equivalent experience preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Two (2) years of progressive retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience training, coaching, and developing associates</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proficiency in scheduling, payroll, and workforce management systems</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Basic math and computer proficiency</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ability to work a flexible schedule, including openings, closings, weekends, and holidays</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS:&nbsp;</strong>Proper lifting, stacking and sorting methods preferred.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Production Operations &amp; Development</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Supervise, coach, train, and support team members</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support onboarding and ongoing training to ensure consistent execution of operational and service standards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide feedback and partner with leadership and HR on performance management and corrective action when needed</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Scheduling, Labor &amp;
