Ensure that all employees receive proper onboarding support and ongoing performance reviews with emphasis on demonstration of the NWR core values, and individual productivity and attendance. Achieve annual Turnover rate of &lt; 20% and Absenteeism Level of &lt; 3.5%.</li>\n</ol>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Operations</span> – Be an effective member of the larger Operations Team.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leadership</span> - To support NWR’s growth vision and to create the desired performance culture</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Health &amp; Safety, Quality, Environment </span>– To create a safety culture, lead the process of systems development, implementation and management including audits and compliance measures.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reliability</span> – To improve plant performance and consistency of results through employee development, preventive maintenance, process improvements &amp; capital projects implementation.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Productivity</span> – To create a culture of continuous improvement and engagement by all people to make processes more efficient.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cost</span> – To build and deliver the budgeted cost per mat Including all budgeting activities and on-going cost management.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Capital </span>– To support the execution of all current capital projects and the development and justification of all future capital projects.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">People</span> – Collaborate with HR for all employee related matters including hiring, training, coaching &amp; development, performance management, communications, and formal/informal rewards.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Customer Service</span> – To foster a positive team ethos geared towards profitability, satisfying customer requirements, and a sense of urgency to address customer concerns.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">And most of all</span>….
