    "description": "<p><strong>Join the team and love your job!</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>The team at Margaritaville Lake Resort is here to create and deliver fun and escapism for our guests, with good pay, extensive benefits and a family atmosphere, we are seeking an audio visual technician with the right skills to support the department&rsquo;s goal to provide seamless technical resources and support for a wide variety of events and functions. &nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Job Type: Full Time</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Pay $16.00 per hour</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age<br />\r\nReports to: Audio Visual Manager</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<p>As an Audio Visual Technician you will set up, support and trouble shoot a variety of audio visual resources for a variety of events.&nbsp; Your expertise in relevant technologies and types of equipment will allow you to provide a seamless service to our guests.</p>\r\n\r\n<p>Responsibilities include:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Have an extensive knowledge of audio/visual equipment to include sound and data projectors, as well as computers, internet and lighting.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure that details are followed from the banquet event order (BEO).</li>\r\n\t<li>Provide guests with the finest quality of service at all times and in a warm and friendly manner.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure all AV areas are maintained in a clean, organized and safe condition.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure that at the close of a function and at the end of the workday, all banquet rooms are cleared and securely locked, and all equipment is stored in the designated area.</li>\r\n\t<li>Take ownership of all guest compliments or complaints, and relay same to management.</li>\r\n\t<li>Submit maintenance requests to the AV Manager/Director of Catering Operations.</li>\r\n\t<li>Meet with function group leader to determine last minute changes and discuss various setup arrangements.</li>\r\n\t<li>Assist staff with room set ups and clean up when necessary.</li>\r\n\t<li>Maintain Driftwood and Margaritaville standards of food, beverage, and quality guest service.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure guest satisfaction by delivery of an exceptional product.</li>\r\n\t<li>Attend required meetings.</li>\r\n\t<li>Must have radio system with ear piece at all times.</li>\r\n\t<li>Other duties may be assigned.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
