This role will directly lead the consolidation of disparate systems, networks, and vendors into a unified, secure, and scalable infrastructure.</p><p>This is an execution-focused position requiring deep technical involvement, strong vendor coordination, and disciplined documentation. The Director, IT Infrastructure will primarily manage multiple Managed Service Providers (MSPs) while working alongside a small group of internal support personnel who have shared responsibilities across the business.</p><p>The ideal candidate must be willing to work directly within systems and environments while also providing leadership, structure, and accountability.</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><p><strong>Integration &amp; Execution Leadership</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the hands-on integration of multiple acquired IT environments into a unified architecture.&nbsp;</li><li>Assess current-state systems, identify gaps, and execute consolidation strategies.&nbsp;</li><li>Standardize infrastructure, tools, and operational processes across all entities.&nbsp;</li><li>Eliminate redundancies and align all systems under a common technology framework.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Infrastructure &amp; Network Consolidation</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee and actively participate in the integration of multiple networks and environments.&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure connectivity, performance, and security across all locations.&nbsp;</li><li>Define and implement scalable infrastructure standards across the organization.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Managed Services Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Direct and coordinate three Managed Service Providers (MSPs).&nbsp;</li><li>Establish clear operational expectations, SLAs, and escalation paths.&nbsp;</li><li>Hold MSPs accountable for execution, performance, and documentation.&nbsp;</li><li>Act as the technical authority bridging internal operations and external providers.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Security &amp;
