    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>Meeting the EHS protocols &amp; regulatory norms in force</li><li>Ensure Quality Control of SCF plant, BRW products as per QC acceptance criteria and PDS</li><li>Maintaining KQI2/monthly rejection within targeted limit, RCA and implementing corrective action</li><li>Cost reduction under F5 project</li><li>Maximizing reclaim material consumption and subsequent monitoring of product performance</li><li>Revenue increase by consuming plant Inventory of old redundant Finished Goods &amp; raw materials</li><li>Product Data Management (PDM) of Raw Materials and products</li><li>Quality Assurance of SCF plant, BRW products</li><li>Visiting Customer Sites to attend Customer Complaints and Understand practical application of products</li><li>Handling Third Party Inspections</li><li>Conducting Trials for development of new products &amp; improvement of existing products</li><li>Improvement in Process Control to get consistent quality intermediate &amp; final products</li><li>Evaluation of New Raw Material from existing / new suppliers received from SCM</li><li>Administration of SCF plant, BRW lab</li><li>Upkeep and timely Calibration / AMC of all Lab Equipments</li><li>Testing &amp; Timely reporting of Inter lab and R&amp;D samples</li><li>Meeting the IMS and ISO norms and reporting daily testing result</li><li>Maintaining test records</li><li>Maintaining 5S standard in the workplace</li><li>Knowledge on Factsage software on Thermodynamic model and simulation&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:</strong></p><p>Education and Experience requirements:</p><ul><li>B.Tech/M.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering/ Ceramic Technology with experience in the Steel Casting Fluxes industry preferably in Quality Control. Experience in Steel Caster shops will also be preferred.</li><li>Minimum experience required 5 years.</li></ul><p>Knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics:</p><ul><li>Analytical and numerical skill with problem solving ability.</li><li>Surveying and studying each process parameter in detail to find out the reason of rejection</li><li>Able to handle multiple priorities and flexible</li><li>Planning and organization skill</li><li>Good observant and detail oriented.</li><li>Excellent communication skill and &nbsp;able to facilitate discussions and prepare presentations</li><li>Interpersonal and team working skills</li><li>Skills working with MS-Office</li></ul>",
