As a driver, you will follow all safety laws and practices while ensuring safe usage for the people we support.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Provide people with disabilities safe and reliable transportation to and from home and Rise’s locations on morning and afternoon routes in Rise vans and buses</li><li>Help create a positive experience for those riding on the vehicle including modeling how to interact appropriately with others and on setting personal boundaries.</li><li>Position may include using the vehicle lift and transferring adults on and off Rise vehicles including securing individuals in wheelchairs.</li><li>Use Rise provided technology and equipment for checking riders in and out, GPS for routing, and maintaining compliance.</li><li>Maintain vehicle cleanliness and monitor basic vehicle systems</li><li>Complete all required maintenance forms</li></ul>",
