We are seeking a </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Talent Acquisition Specialist</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> to take full ownership of the recruitment engine. This role is designed to </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">protect the time of our Hiring Managers</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> by providing a \"white-glove\" service that handles the heavy lifting of sourcing, screening, and vetting.</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Your goal is to ensure that by the time a candidate reaches a Division Head, they are the best of the best, fully vetted, and ready for a streamlined final decision.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Hiring Manager Time-Protection:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Act as the primary filter for all seven divisions. You take the pain out of recruitment by managing all BambooHR postings, initial screenings, and technical filters so that our Leaders only interview the top 1% of the pool.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">The \"Zero-Loophole\" Standard:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Enforce a non-negotiable standard of excellence in the hiring process. You are responsible for ensuring </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">zero hires</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> occur without a signed contract, cleared background checks (RefCheck), and full compliance—eliminating administrative \"legacy debt\" before it starts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Recruiter Partnership Strategy:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Develop and lead a high-performing pool of external recruiters who grow with Citra. You will ensure these partners are so well-briefed on the \"Citra Way\" that they source only the highest-caliber talent from the best global pools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Internal Collaboration:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Work as the \"connective tissue\" between </span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Hiring Managers, internal Legal, and the HR Compliance team</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">. You manage the process so they don’t have to, ensuring a professional handoff from recruitment to onboarding.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Talent Sourcing &amp; Intelligence:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Move beyond reactive hiring. Use LinkedIn Recruiter and industry networks to map out the best talent pools in Design, Engineering, and Construction, ensuring Citra has first-mover advantage on elite talent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Data Integrity:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> Manage the end-to-end ATS (BambooHR) workflow, providing leadership with clear, high-level reporting on hiring velocity and pipeline health.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements &amp; Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> 3–5 years in Recruitment, with a proven track record of managing technical stakeholders and external agency pools.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Process Discipline:</span><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"> A \"zero-tolerance\" approach to administrative gaps.
