The Role – Executive Leadership Team Administrative Support
The Executive Leadership Team Administrative Support role provides high-level administrative, coordination, and organizational support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). This position is essential to maintaining the structure, rhythm, and follow-through required for effective leadership execution. The role partners closely with the ELT to ensure EOS tools, meetings, and priorities are consistently supported, well-organized, and completed as committed. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to supporting leaders in a fast-paced, accountability-driven environment.
What You'll Do
Provide proactive administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team.
Support the team as needed by managing logistics, communications, and follow-through without disrupting organizational focus.
Coordinate and support EOS-based meetings, including:
Weekly Level 10 Meetings
Quarterly and Annual Planning Sessions
Leadership offsites and strategic reviews
Maintain organization and visibility of quarterly Rocks at the leadership level.
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and materials for Board of Directors and governance-related meetings.
Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
Manage executive travel arrangements, expense reporting, and vendor coordination.
Assist with planning company-wide meetings, divisional quarterly meetings, and leadership communications.
What You Bring (Required Experience)
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience providing high-level administrative support to senior leaders or executive teams.
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
Bonus Points For (Preferred Experience)
Experience working in an EOS-run organization.
Familiarity with EOS tools and terminology (Level 10 Meetings, Rocks, Scorecards, IDS).
Experience supporting Boards of Directors.
Experience in a mid-market ($25M–$100M) organization.
