          "text": "<p><strong>General qualifications include:</strong></p><ul><li>Graduating in December 2025&#xa0;- Spring/Summer 2026&#xa0;with a bachelor’s or +1/accelerated masters* degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or similar discipline</li><li>Prior work, internship or&#xa0;classroom experience&#xa0;in business concepts and processes with the chance to work with specific tools</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate AI concepts to non-technical colleagues</li><li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting ability</li></ul><p><strong>Technical skills needed:</strong></p><ul><li>Familiarity with data ingestion and transformation fundamentals</li><li>Understanding of data analysis and data quality prinicples</li><li>Experience developing data solutions using relational database management systems such as: SQL Server, MySQL, Redshift, Amazon RDS, etc.</li><li>Fundamental proficiency in: Python, SQL or another scripting language to extract and manipulate data</li><li>Familiar with version control systems such as GIT</li><li>Familiarity with fundamental AI/ML concepts</li><li>Understanding of data preparation for use with AI models</li></ul><p><strong>Set yourself apart with prior work/internships in a related technical field and/or this experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Working with one or more data transformation tools/products:&#xa0;Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Google Data Fusion</li><li>Fundamental understanding of one or more cloud providers and storage solutions such as: AWS (S3), Google Cloud Platform and Storage, Azure (Blob Storage)</li><li>Familiarity with entity relationship diagrams (ERD)</li></ul><p><em><strong>*Graduate students only considered if they went straight to grad school from undergrad and have no prior full-time work experience,&#xa0;otherwise please refer to our experienced hire postings at&#xa0;https://www.captechconsulting.com/careers/captech-experiencedhires</strong></em></p>",
