The Business Management Associate will support the BMO Lead and IT FinSight Delivery department leadership to coordinate demand &amp; supply balancing, facilitate project &amp; roadmap updates across the portfolio working closely with the department leadership.&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>Your Primary Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Manage IT FinSight Delivery financial data, automate reporting, and build dashboards for insights.</span></li>\n <li><span>Implement KPIs and reporting to ensure transparency and support decisions on demand, SOW, budget, forecast, spend, open requisitions, and conversions.</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist with leadership initiatives, meetings, agendas, objectives, and facilitate onsite/offsite events.</span></li>\n <li><span>Promote continuous improvement and produce process documentation as needed.</span></li>\n <li><span>Assist in cost management and analysis, considering the complexity of IT expenses and accountability layers.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience</span></li>\n <li><span>Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>Talents Needed for Success:</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, calculations, pivot tables, and data analysis techniques; experience with macros and automation is strongly preferred.</span></li>\n <li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, with demonstrated ability to format, organize, and present information in a professional and executive</span><span>‑</span><span>ready manner; strong attention to detail is required.</span></li>\n <li><span>Analytical mindset &amp; ability to join multiple data sets and create summarized cohesive, consumable view.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Ability to multitask and prioritize as well as able to pivot and be flexible when priorities change.&nbsp;</span></li>\n <li><span>Foundational project management capabilities include tracking risks/dependencies, process governance, and stakeholder management across multiple levels.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span>&nbsp;<i>Actual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
