    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB SUMMARY:</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a skilled and experienced Workday Adaptive Planning &amp; Finance Consultant to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. This is a dual-expertise role that requires strong hands-on capabilities in both Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Financial Management (FINS), as the successful candidate will be expected to support multiple client accounts across both areas within the AMS function.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, builds strong client relationships, and can work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB RESPONSIBILITIES</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide ongoing AMS support for Workday Adaptive Planning and Workday Finance modules across multiple client accounts</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot, resolve, and manage support tickets related to Adaptive Planning and FINS configurations</li>\n<li>Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Adaptive Planning models, reports, and workflows</li>\n<li>Support Workday Finance business processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and related modules</li>\n<li>Collaborate with the AMS team to ensure consistent service delivery and high client satisfaction</li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with AMS customers — acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact</li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to grow and expand AMS customer relationships</li>\n<li>Enforce AMS best practices and standards across all client engagements</li>\n<li>Manage multiple support workstreams simultaneously with strong time management and prioritization</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders on issue resolution, updates, and recommendations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">JOB QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning — model building, planning, forecasting, and reporting</li>\n<li>Strong experience with Workday Financial Management (FINS) — business process configuration, GL, AP, AR, and related areas</li>\n<li>Experience working in an AMS or managed services environment is highly preferred</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of Workday Business Processes and configuration best practices</li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills — ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously</li>\n<li>Strong communication skills — written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders</li>\n<li>Ability to take ownership of assigned areas and work with minimal supervision</li>\n<li>Client-facing experience with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships</li>\n<li>Workday Adaptive Planning certification — strongly preferred / required</li>\n<li>Workday FINS certification — strongly preferred / required</li>\n<li>Consultant or Senior Consultant level experience</li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or related field</li>\n</ul>",
