    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Lead Dry Clean</strong></p><p><strong>Full Time – Hourly</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><a name=\"_Hlk212554202\"><span><strong>Applicants must not now, or at any time in the future, require employer sponsorship for a work visa.</strong></span></a></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer.&nbsp;</strong></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>Must be 18 years of age or older (all plant positions)&nbsp;</strong></span></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span><strong>At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package.&nbsp; The base hiring pay for this role is&nbsp;$22.30 per hour/week.&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><a name=\"_Hlk214457816\"><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></a></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Record man hours for each job.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Scrape barn in accordance with SOP.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Maintain equipment according to maintenance plan.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Ensure ALL equipment is cleaned between jobs.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Follow ALL biosecurity procedures.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Report any damage to farm manager and support supervisor.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Ensure all people are wearing proper PPE at all times according to the Safety Absolutes!</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Make sure that any problems are reported to supervisor in a timely manner.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span>Follow all harassment rules reporting any issues to supervisor immediately<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Good work history</span></li><li><span>Must have a valid driver's license with good vehicle operating record</span></li><li><span>Must be in good physical condition (able to wear respiratory, eye protection, and any/all safety protection wear for extended periods of time). No restrictions against physical repetitive activities of bending, twisting, or lifting.
