Description The Emory Critical Care Center is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Critical Care Medicine Physician to join an established and thriving group at Emory University Hospital. The Physician will attend to the needs of all patients within the scope of licensing, training and credentialing, performing patient care activities to fulfill the duties and responsibilities of a Critical Care Medicine Physician and assist in generating adequate practice volume. The Physician will participate in on-call duties and actively participate in meetings and committees. Practice medicine within the current scope of national patient safety goals. Position Highlights Full-Time Clinical Role: 100% dedicated to patient care in a high-acuity ICU environment Academic Partnership: Practice within a nationally recognized academic health system with access to cutting-edge research, education, and subspecialty collaboration Quality Focus: Contribute to initiatives centered on quality improvement and patient safety Team Environment: Work alongside a high-performing, multidisciplinary critical care team Resources + Support: Leverage the full depth of Emory's clinical infrastructure and institutional expertise Key Responsibilities Provide expert clinical care in a high-acuity ICU setting Participate in quality metrics tracking and patient safety initiatives Collaborate on strategic development of critical care services Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture across multidisciplinary staff NOTE: Position tasks are required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location; working remote is not an option.
