Now, we’re looking for a bold, strategic, and hands-on CEO to bring this vision to life.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic Vision &amp; Execution</span><br>Define and implement the overall vision, mission, and strategic direction of the project. Align all phases—from acquisition and planning to delivery and handover—with the company’s long-term growth goals.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Executive Leadership</span><br>Provide top-level leadership and coordination across development, construction, finance, legal, marketing, and operations. Build and lead high-performing teams and partners to ensure success at every stage.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Project Lifecycle Oversight</span><br>Manage the project from inception through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are not only met—but exceeded.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Financial Leadership</span><br>Oversee the financial strategy and performance of the project. Secure funding, manage budgets, control costs, and ensure strong returns on investment.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stakeholder Engagement</span><br>Serve as the face of the project to key stakeholders including investors, government authorities, strategic partners, and the public. Build trusted relationships that support long-term success.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compliance &amp; Risk Management</span><br>Ensure adherence to legal, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Proactively identify and manage project risks.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sales &amp; Market Positioning</span><br>Define and drive the project’s go-to-market strategy, working closely with sales and marketing to position the development as a premium, in-demand destination.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Reporting &amp; Governance</span><br>Report regularly to the board and bbf: Global leadership.
