    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team. This individual is responsible for providing and overseeing maintenance functions for the facility, including building utility systems, equipment maintenance, and building maintenance. This position determines and coordinates the need for outside contractors, making sure safety, environmental, work scope objectives, and departmental goals are being met including safety, project, cost, training, and quality objectives. The ideal candidate is an organized, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure that daily operations are running effectively and efficiently.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Reviews/updates maintenance workload and priorities with Planners.</li><li>Works on long-term maintenance/engineering solutions, projects, etc.</li><li>Works with other Area Managers on safety, equipment or building related issues.</li><li>Attends Manager, safety, maintenance and management review meetings.</li><li>Oversees maintenance/MRO purchasing employee evaluations.</li><li>Works with outside contractors/vendors.</li><li>Works with plant and corporate engineering on short-term projects, machine upgrades and continuous improvement projects, etc.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC skills</li><li>Strong leadership skills</li><li>Ability to work in a team based organization</li><li>Good understanding of the business goals and objectives with the ability to make sound decisions based on business conditions</li><li>Ability to multi-task several projects at the same time</li><li>Proficient PC and Microsoft Office skills - MP2, Excel, Word, E-mail and Oracle</li><li>Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and PLC drawings</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Excellent listening and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Must be able to interact with all levels of the organization</li><li>Minimum 5-8 years of experience in industrial maintenance repair</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Compensation Range: $110k to $150k depending on experience.</p>",
