This role works alongside multiple teams to identify hazards, manage risks, and ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, and other relevant regulations.\nThe EHS Professional is highly visible and active across the manufacturing campus, supporting daily EHS operations and helping to improve EHS programs and management systems. Strong technical skills, collaborative problem-solving, and effective communication are essential for influencing safe behaviors.\nThis is a second shift position\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nEHS Program Implementation & Compliance\nSupport and improve Siemens Mobility EHS programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, and other regulations.\nConduct regular inspections, audits, and risk assessments across the site.\nReview new equipment and projects for EHS impacts, offering recommendations as needed.\nHazard Identification & Risk Management\nWork with teams to proactively identify and address workplace hazards.\nDevelop and track corrective actions, support JSAs and risk assessments, and provide on-floor coaching.\nIncident Management & Continuous Improvement\nParticipate in incident investigations and ensure prompt documentation and closure of corrective actions.\nAnalyze EHS data to identify improvements and report key performance indicators.",
