Description

Quality Technician (2 nd or 3 rd Shift) Medicoil | Lake Geneva, WI 2 nd shift hours: Monday – Friday from 2:30 pm to 11:00pm OR 3:30 pm to 12:00 am 3 rd shift hours: Sunday – Thursday from 10 pm to 6:30 am Medicoil is growing and looking to add a detail-oriented Quality Technician on 2nd or 3rd shift. This role is key to ensuring our products meet high quality standards. If you have quality inspection experience and enjoy working in a manufacturing environment, we’d love to connect. What you’ll do: Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections Conduct visual, optical, and dimensional inspections Use measurement tools and testing equipment to verify specifications Complete SPC charting and maintain accurate inspection records Document results clearly and assist with inspection documentation Identify and report non-conforming materials Support troubleshooting of inspection and testing results Follow ISO 13485 standards and internal procedures Maintain a clean and safe work area What we’re looking for: Quality inspection experience in manufacturing preferred Ability to read blueprints and work instructions Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Education & experience: High school diploma or GED required Manufacturing experience preferred Physical requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 20 pounds R&L Spring Company & Medicoil are equal opportunity employers.
