    "description": "<p>We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to play a key role in supporting our commercial and delivery teams within the Asset Integrity service line, helping to drive successful project execution and operational excellence.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll be doing:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support projects from tender review through to close-out.</li>\n<li>Coordinate offshore personnel deployment for new and existing clients.</li>\n<li>Assist with contract administration, quotations, and project preparation.</li>\n<li>Manage procurement, logistics, and mobilisation of equipment and personnel.</li>\n<li>Support invoicing, financial reporting, and import/export activities.</li>\n<li>Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.</li>\n<li>Improve office processes within the Asset Integrity service line.</li>\n<li>Coordinate training, certification, travel, and accommodation for offshore personnel.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What experience you'll bring:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>HNC/HND/Degree in Business Administration or proven track record of equivalent experience.</li>\n<li>Previous offshore operational project delivery experience.</li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br></li>\n<li>Excellent MS Word and Excel knowledge.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who we are:</span></p>\n<p>Established in 1985, Ashtead Technology is a leading provider of subsea equipment rental solutions, advanced underwater technologies, and support services to the global offshore energy sector.
