Who You Are: Our ideal candidate fits this profile… You have a proven track record of strategic sales experience, successfully networking and managing a referral- based channel sales role. With demonstrated business maturity, you effectively communicate and relate to business owners. You possess a strong business network in which you have had success selling a value-added service to senior level executives in the Northeast. You’re an excellent communicator both written and verbal, who can build and maintain effective working relationships. Your goal orientated and have a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota. What You'll Do: Outside Sales Solicit PEO business from prospects, establishing relationships with channel partners and retaining customers. A minimum of 75% of these activities are to be conducted outside the office. This position is eligible for participation in our Outside Sales Commission Plan. Sales Generation and Leads Broker Relationship Management HQ Collaboration What You Bring: Strategic Sales Approach Outside Sales - on site with prospects, customters, brokers, etc. at least 75% Strong Relationship Building Ability to learn and understand new offerings, specifically Health Benefit Plans Collaborate well with others at ExtensisHR such as Solutions Consultant, Proposal Manager, HR Manager and other subject matter experts What We Offer: At ExtensisHR, we recognize there are many factors that influence your overall satisfaction both at work, and in your personal life. Under our ‘ You Supported Program,’ we provide a great mixture of compensation, benefits, company culture, and resources to our employees that help you reach a happier, more balanced life.
