Provide technical support in the field, resolve escalated customer complaints, and ensure compliance with the company’s core values and purpose.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Will Offer You:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Range: 70,000 - 84,000+/yr </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision, Group Life, HSA</li>\n <li>Matching 401k benefits</li>\n <li>On-going training & development, <strong>Career Advancement Opportunities.</strong></li>\n <li>Paid Holiday</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation</li>\n <li>Weekly pay</li>\n <li>Birthday Pay</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Troubleshoot and resolve installation and start-up issues via phone support, video support, and/or in-person support when needed.</li>\n <li>Provide consistent and accurate feedback, encouragement, support, professional development, sales training, and coaching to Install Technicians.</li>\n <li>Partner with service, dispatch, warehouse, and any other necessary departments to ensure timely and accurate service to customers by company standards and procedures.</li>\n <li>Provide daily feedback to the HVAC Install Manager.</li>\n <li>Follow up and resolve escalated customer disputes/complaints, ensuring an effective and long-term problem resolution.</li>\n <li>Plan, forecast, and coordinate AC Service work orders.</li>\n <li>Communicate clear goals and expectations to AC Install Technicians.</li>\n <li>Ensure that each Install technician has the parts, materials, and tools needed to do their job.</li>\n <li>Help instill a fun and nurturing culture with Frank Gay Services’ core Values.</li>\n <li>Ensure that safety topics are incorporated into one-to-one coaching conversations, weekly meetings, and training sessions.</li>\n <li>Monitor and act on trends involving Install Technicians’ callbacks and customer complaints.</li>\n <li>Must be able to maintain professional conduct in all work situations, uphold a well-groomed appearance, and adapt well to all types of working conditions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Will Need</strong>:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least five (5) years of HVAC Installation experience with diagnostic troubleshooting and repair service.</li>\n <li>At least three years (3) HVAC Install Technician experience with an ability to train others.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to make site visits with ladders.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be willing to work outdoors in any weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Physical Dexterity must occasionally lift and move 50 pounds or more averaging 4 times a week.</li>\n</ul>",
