Gathering and analyzing market and customer feedback: You will gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand how the product is being used and what improvements can be made. Communicating with stakeholders: You will be responsible for communicating and presenting the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executives. Technical expertise: Depending on the product, it may be helpful for agile product owners to have a strong technical background or understanding of the technologies being used to deliver solutions that are reliable, scalable, and secure. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive cross team, end-to-end scenarios, and customer experiences including building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure connected, consistent customer experiences. What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need? 5+ years of recent product development or tax industry experience Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science An understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to translate complex needs into actionable product requirements. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
