Willing to flex, shift gears quickly &amp; work through client project deadlines is integral to success in this role.\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>\n<div>\n YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Live Our Vision, Values &amp; Beliefs</li>\n  <li>Lead the creation of brand appropriate presentations; clearly communicate design concepts, oversee accuracy of space planning and comprehensive product selections&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Lead multiple phases of the design process including one-on-one client consultations, site visits, design development, presentations and installations</li>\n  <li>Qualify and educate potential design clientele on services offered by RH Interior Design</li>\n  <li>Provide product expertise and elevated service with a focus on furnishings, hard surfaces &amp; construction documentation</li>\n  <li>Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele through the RH Interior Design services</li>\n  <li>Maintain a strong interest in the luxury and design industry</li>\n  <li>Coordinate with external partners and vendors to source and conceptualize product and materials</li>\n  <li>Be a present member of the design industry in your city and community.&nbsp; Build and foster&nbsp; strong vendor relationships.&nbsp;</li>\n  <li>Be an industry expert and stay current with industry trends and events.</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n OUR REQUIREMENTS\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Art, Architecture and/or Interior Design education degree required or equivalent work experience</li>\n  <li>NCIDQ certified preferred</li>\n  <li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Sketch UP &amp; other space planning/rendering related programs required</li>\n  <li>Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications required</li>\n  <li>Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities preferred</li>\n  <li>Experience within a design/architecture firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred</li>\n  <li>Hands-on interior installation experience preferred</li>\n  <li>Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n  <li>Strategic and mental agility</li>\n  <li>Highly collaborative</li>\n  <li>People and relationship driven</li>\n  <li>Results-oriented</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\n</div>\n<div>\n <ul>\n  <li>Frequent travel locally, out of state and/or internationally</li>\n  <li>Lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques</li>\n  <li>Maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and office</li>\n  <li>Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing</li>\n  <li>Driver’s license preferred</li>\n </ul>\n</div>\n<div>\n <br/>\n</div>",
