Your role in our mission We're seeking a UX Researcher to lead research initiatives that connect us deeply with our users and uncover insights that drive meaningful product improvements. As a member of our product organization, you'll help shape our UX strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centered decision making across the organization. How you'll make an impact Execute a variety of research methods including qualitative interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, journey mapping, surveys, and quantitative benchmarking Design and implement comprehensive research plans for complex projects in a fast-moving environment Regularly present at Town Hall and All Tech meetings Synthesize research findings into actionable insights and effectively communicate them to stakeholders Collaborate with design, product, marketing, and engineering teams to incorporate user insights throughout the product development process Expand our research repository to make insights accessible and usable by the broader organization Partner with analytics teams to combine qualitative insights with quantitative data for a holistic view of user behavior Proactively identify research opportunities that could improve product strategy and user experience Advocate for user needs in strategic planning and prioritization discussions Skills that will help you thrive Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience 5+ years of UX Research experience from planning to execution, with demonstrated impact on product decisions. Or 3+ years of experience with a Master’s degree.
