    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Summary</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p>Advanced Electrical Technologies (AET) - a Pacific Northern Environmental LLC Company, is seeking a Journeyman Electrician who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment and has the ability to provide exceptional service to our company, clients, and employees.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pacific Northern Environmental, LLC consists of five divisions including Advanced Electrical Technologies (AET), Taurus Power and Controls/Taurus Power Services (Taurus), Cowlitz Clean Sweep (CCS), Pacific Northern Environmental Construction (PNEC), and WasteXpress Environmental (WXE). Together, we specialize in commercial and petroleum construction, industrial and commercial electrical, industrial cleaning, and hazardous waste disposal. PNE LLC is a multi-state organization with operating offices in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Hawaii. In addition, we carry out projects across the United States.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At AET, we are a premier West Coast Commercial, industrial electrical contractor, control, and automation group. We ensure our employee’s education and training reflect AET’s company technological visions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with company standards, project specifications, and all applicable safety regulations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, technical expertise, and a commitment to mentoring apprentices.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience Qualifications </span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n<li>Valid Driver’s License required and must meet eligibility requirements to be covered under the company’s vehicle insurance policy.</li>\n<li>Hold an EL01 Washington Journeyman Card <em>and</em> an Oregon General Journeyman Card</li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years’ experience working in the industrial/commercial sector in an electrical related position required.</li>\n<li>Current First Aid certification preferred.</li>\n<li>May be required to meet facial hair standards in accordance with OSHA’s Respiratory Protection standard (29 CFR 1910.34).</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities </span></p>\n<p>The Journeyman Electrician possessing the education and experience listed above performs the following:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Safely operate and maintain company vehicles as required for job duties, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.</li>\n<li>Implements necessary safety procedures and safeguards during any given job.</li>\n<li>Works directly with apprentices, and when appropriate, directly engages and mentors them.</li>\n<li>Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and technical diagrams to plan electrical installations.</li>\n<li>Install and bend GRC, EMT, and PVC conduits with precision.</li>\n<li>Install, maintain, and troubleshoot a wide range of electrical systems and equipment in industrial and commercial settings</li>\n<li>Performs routine maintenance on various systems to ensure system efficiency and compliance.</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electrical issues and implement effective solutions</li>\n<li>Ensure all work complies with the National Electric Code (NEC), local codes, and site-specific guidelines.</li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation for inspections and testing.</li>\n<li>Participate in job site coordination meetings and interface with other trades.</li>\n<li>Operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other job-site equipment as needed.</li>\n<li>Identify and escalate potential hazards, code violations, or design discrepancies.</li>\n<li>Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation, but able to work independently when the job requires.</li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are required.</li>\n<li>Respectfully takes direction from manager.</li>\n<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions and Physical Requirements </span></p>\n<p>The candidate must possess and be adaptable to the following physical abilities and working conditions:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Move about the jobsite.</li>\n<li>Move work related equipment up to 50lbs.</li>\n<li>Remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.</li>\n<li>Operate various technological devices, including a computer.</li>\n<li>Occasionally ascend/descend ladders and/or stairs, Working at heights and operating lifts as needed.</li>\n<li>Travel approximately 25%, some overnight stays may be required per customer needs (company pay for accommodation and per diem).</li>\n<li>Perform duties in an industrial and/or construction environment, where noise levels are high at times and may involve confined spaces.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Employee Benefit Program</span></p>\n<p>Pacific Northern Environmental, LLC presently provides coverage for:</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Medical, Dental &amp; Vision options with low premiums for employees and eligible dependents</li>\n<li>Life AD&amp;D - Voluntary and Company paid.</li>\n<li>Specialty RX programs.</li>\n<li>Group AFLAC options – Hospital, Critical, Accident and short-term Disability Plans</li>\n<li>Telehealth by Teladoc.</li>\n<li>401(k) with discretionary annual company matching contributions.</li>\n<li>Employee Assistance Program (EAP)</li>\n<li>Paid Trainings and Certifications</li>\n<li>Paid Time Off</li>\n<li>Paid Holiday for qualifying employees</li>\n<li>Up to $2,000 per year profit sharing for qualifying employees</li>\n<li>Annual company events</li>\n<li>Safety Incentives</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please apply directly – <a href=\"https://pneco.bamboohr.com/careers/149\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">https://pneco.bamboohr.com/careers/149</a></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>***Not open to outside recruiters***</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Pacific Northern Environmental, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
