14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Information:</span> Citizens Health is looking for an RN/LPN or medical assistant to work full-time at Citizens Medical Center Specialty Clinic with orthopedic patients.  </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Registered Nurses will report to the Orthopedic Clinic Manager.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Days/Hours:</span> 5 days per week</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay Range:</span> Dependent upon licensure and experience.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you’ll do:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Provide direct patient care to meet patient needs using the nursing process.  </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Utilize nursing assessment skills in evaluating needs of patient and family.  </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Administers ordered medications, following established protocol, in a timely and safe manner. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Develop and evaluate individualized patient teaching for patient/family members. </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Promote positive interpersonal relationships and demonstrate effective communication skills to solve problems, to carry out hospital policies and procedures and coordinate patient care. </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Promote own professional growth and demonstrate professional conduct in regard to the department, professional relationships, and style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you bring to the table:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">If RN or LPN, current licensure by the Kansas Board of Nursing </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Current C.P.R. certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Adequate knowledge of nursing theory and practices.  </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Thorough knowledge of principles, methods and techniques involved in performing general nursing services and adapting or modifying standard nursing practices for care of specific cases.  </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Ability to deal understandingly and tactfully in a professional manner with patients and their families.  </span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Ability to maintain good working relationship with personnel in other departments.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14px\">Ability to provide direction in application of nursing process, quality improvement standard, organization and departmental goals and
