font-size: 10pt\">Develop and implement engaging elementary level lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation, fosters a love for learning and where students feel comfortable exploring new concepts, challenging themselves, and collaborating with other students.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Understand and employ strong classroom management techniques, including the use of the schoolwide PBIS system.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Employ various teaching strategies and resources to differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and meet students' diverse needs.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Assess student progress in various ways, administer required benchmarks as one of the tools to assess student progress, and use assessment data to provide constructive feedback to facilitate individualized student growth and improvement.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate interdisciplinary projects and activities.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Establish effective communication channels with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative learning community.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Actively participate in department, grade level, campus, and LEA meetings, professional developments, and other trainings.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Current valid Utah teaching license (in CACTUS) in Elementary Education (minimum).</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong knowledge of Utah state standards, Utah Elementary Education curriculum, and best instructional pedagogy practices.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Proven classroom experience or completion of student teaching at the elementary level.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to create a unit plan that is aligned with standards, engaging, and includes differentiated lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">High level organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask easily.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Positive interpersonal skills with the proven ability to maintain professionalism and tact in high-stress situations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Creative analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Professional communication skills including but not limited to: excellent written and verbal communication skills;
