This role combines architectural visualization, video editing, and digital content creation to produce project presentations, social media content, marketing videos, and interviews while ensuring content is visually compelling and aligned with current industry and social media trends.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\">Key responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Create high-quality 3D architectural animations, including walkthroughs, flythroughs, and cinematic project visualizations from architectural models.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Animate still renderings and images using AI-powered tools to enhance visual storytelling and project presentations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Develop storyboards, animation concepts, and visual narratives tailored to project objectives and target audiences.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Manage the complete architectural visualization workflow, including modelling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and post-production.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Produce and edit engaging video content for multiple platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and the company website.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Create project launch, marketing, and promotional videos that effectively communicate design concepts and project value.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Edit on-site footage, interviews, and project documentation videos, incorporating motion graphics, maps, project imagery, and other visual elements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Apply professional editing techniques, including transitions, color grading, visual effects, sound synchronization, and on-screen graphics to deliver polished content.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Monitor and leverage emerging content trends, platform best practices, and new technologies to enhance audience engagement.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to ensure visual accuracy, creative consistency, and alignment with project objectives.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Maintain brand consistency and ensure all visual content meets established quality, creative, and technical standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high production quality.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Stay informed on the latest trends, materials and technology in the industry to keep our projects at the forefront of innovation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Perform other duties as assigned by management.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">3+ years of hands-on experience in 3D architectural animation and professional video editing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">A strong portfolio that demonstrates both cinematic architectural animations and engaging video content across platforms.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-weight: bold\">Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">3D software: 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Unreal Engine.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Video editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">Rendering engines: V-Ray, Corona, Lumion, or Twin motion.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino\">AI animation &amp;
