The Assistant Club Manager will be an active participant of the team and will play a key part in creating a great place to work – and workout – for all Members, Guests, and team mates throughout the entire club.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>This is a varied role, involved with everything from member experience to team development, you will support the Club Manager in the following:</li><li>Drive sales through successful tour execution and lead generation activity</li><li>Execute all initiatives that support the delivery of the Blink member experience</li><li>Manage the staff on day to day performance</li><li>Assist in driving Personal Training revenue</li><li>Interview, hire, train and develop new staff members</li><li>The Assistant Club Manager will be directly responsible for:</li><li>Conduct weekly inventory, including retail, beverage, marketing collateral and maintenance supplies</li><li>Place monthly supply orders and retail orders as needed via the Blink web portal</li><li>Create Front Desk and Maintenance schedules</li><li>Order drinks weekly</li><li>Manage entire cash reconciliation and deposit process</li><li>Receive and adjust all retail inventory via club management software</li><li>Complete onboarding of all new associates</li><li>Team Responsibilities:</li><li>Facilitate new Member sign up and Guest trial transactions</li><li>Maintain our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the Club</li><li>Maintain high visibility throughout the Club</li><li>Ensure the safety of Members, Guests and Team</li><li>We take pride and have fun</li></ul><p><br></p>",
